Finally, we encourage you to find a buddy supporting you throughout your journey, and request his or her help by handing over the OFF buddy pin.
Step 2: GO OFF
We invite you to take part in a 30-day OFF challenge with one task for each day. To support this, we included several tools, e.g. an alarm clock, a phone hanger bag, a coloring book, technical tips, a phone sticker reminder, a journal, a bookmark, a nonogram puzzle, and a motivational cube.
Step 3: HOLD OFF
Finally, we celebrate and focus on maintaining all the results you have achieved. We invite you to retake the How OFF are you? Survey, celebrate your journey with a small surprise gift, and share your experiences on a handwritten postcard.
